Ingredients:
1 apple - peel off the skin ,
throw away the middle seed containing portion & chop it fine
2 glasses milk
4 tbsp sugar.
Preparation:
Put apple, milk and sugar in mixie, till apple is crushed completely.Chill the shake and Serve it cold.
Please avoid this recipe if your baby suffers from constipation.Most paediatricians dont recommend apple for constipated babies
it is a great outlet and at the very least will help you capture your baby food memories .
